Southside of Chicago Greedy’s Haven

5:43 p.m.

“Fuck is you talking about?”

Joffre forced an aggravated sigh, annoyed that Shawndrell hadn’t been listening. “I’m talkin about them fuck niggas on the Westside, I‘m a make them muthafuckas feel it.”

Shawndrell knew it was time for him to smoke something and land somewhere on Mars because Greedy had a way of making a nigga lose their patience at times. “Fuck the City Boyz I already told you what them pussies be on. I ain’t iggin them small time ass cats, Greedy. Later for that, you remember when buddy name Lorenzo got popped at the spot? I got word on who ran through my fucking warehouse. I want the bitch ass muthafucka who shot me. Some niggas name Foo and Yay, I ain’t never even heard of these pussies. That’s who I want dead, fuck all the that other shit. Them niggas cashed out that night. So fuck that nigga Rasul and them muthafuckas affiliated with City Boyz…they can all die slow.”

“Well what you wanna do?”

More at ease, Shawndrell melted into the cream sofa with his long arms rested across the back, the Loud Pack starting to take effect. “I’m already on it…I sent X and Bo Low to go scoop up this bitch name Erie about forty minutes ago. I got word she the missing link I been looking for.”

Sensing the owing tension in the room Greedy soothed his tone before things escalated taking another pull form the blunt calming his nerves.“Real talk, I think somebody sending you on a wild goose chase Fam. You don’t even remember what that nigga look like.”

“It’s not hard to find out. And I don’t give a fuck how long it takes, time never expires when a muthafucka takes what’s mine.”

“Oh, turn that shit up!” Greedy jumped up all animated geeked up at the sound of his new smash hit gracing the airways on the hottest radio station in the Chi. Both him and Shawndrell bobbed to the beat repeating the lyrics, Joffre going through the motions like he was on stage performing live. Seconds later his phone started blowing up, everybody and their baby mama calling to congratulate him and giving props. Shawndrell’s phone rang and he figured it was one of the brothers trying to call and let Greedy know he was on the radio. He gave his manz the phone, but Greedy passed it right back to him.
